The founders of Formspace firmly believe that manufacturing and delivering a quality modular building to a client is only part of the picture. We also believe that the on site preparation, installation and commissioning process is equally important. We are keen to manage your whole project from beginning to end.

By adopting this holistic approach we are aware that this sets us slightly apart from the majority of other modular building manufacturers but we feel it is in our client’s interests to be able to rely upon a single organization to take responsibility for the project.

Everything can be included within our package including site clearance, foundations, connections to services provided, installation, commissioning, hard-landscaping and complete internal fit-out if required.

All services supplied by Formspace comply with the relevant regulations and our team members are accredited construction skills certificate scheme (CSCS) card members.
